Our Process
After you fill out our contact form, we will schedule a free consultation with you to go over your project in detail. Once we learn more about what you want for your dream house, we find a way to make it a reality. We’ll go over your project with our team, and give you an estimate on the build. As soon as we have approval, we get to work. Our new homes generally take about 120 days to complete from the initial contact. You’ll be living in your dream home in almost four months.

Need Help With Permits?
Sometimes it’s difficult to get the necessary permits for building projects. We don’t expect you to keep up with codes and regulations, we can do that for you. We will reach out to your local municipality and obtain the building permits for the project. If you need help figuring out the zoning laws in your area, we can help with that too. We are here to answer all your questions and help you understand all the necessary legalities for your build.
